In our first video review, Rare Space Managing Director, Gus Zogolovitch, takes a tour of this award-winning scheme comprising of eight tessellating Solidspace apartments stacked above almost 5,000 sq ft of 'Modern Brutalist' office space. The apartments are all two or three bedrooms arranged over half levels, incorporate the Solidspace DNA and are south facing, overlooking the neighbouring park.

The development isn't your run of the mill new build and has been a fantastic collaboration between Simon Allford and Roger Zogolovitch, one that has lasted for over a decade.

Simon Allford, co-founder of AHMM, the practice that won the RIBA Stirling Prize 2015 says "were Weston Street a brand, it would be Savile Row: historically nuanced, elegant, of its time yet timeless, bespoke yet universal. It will last beyond a lifetime and be necessarily adaptable to many owners."
