Mary Arnold-Forster is registered under the Architects Registration Board and a member of the Royal Incorporation of Architects of Scotland. She was also nominated to join the Royal Scottish Academy. As an architect, she has a comprehensive knowledge on matters of the field, having worked and collaborated with Dualchas Architects for 16 years, where they worked together on secluded and primitive sites all around the highlands and islands on the west coast of Scotland. Before working with Dualchas Architects, she was working for David Miller in Glasgow and Stanton Williams and Patel Taylor Architects in London. Mary Arnold-Forster finds joy in creating peaceful, compassionate, aesthetically appealing and controlled spaces and places that hinges on an intensive research of the context, site, brief and the landscape. She constantly strives to create a setting that is appropriate for work, art and the lives of the end users.
