Laura Dewe Mathews


Laura Dewe Mathews started her private practice in 2010 where she specialises in residential projects. The RIBA chartered practice has won multiple awards including the Architects' Journal Small Projects award in the year 2013 and the Grand Designs Best Small Project award for the year 2013, the Hackney Design Awards in the year 2014. Laura Dewe Mathews was a graduate of the Bartlett School of Architecture and proceeded to gain experience in different sectors - residential, arts and retail - by working for established practices including Block Architecture, Peter Stutchbury Architects and Waldo Works. With a cooperative and physical approach, the practice aims to design bespoke architecture to meet the specific needs of the clients, to allow for the materialisation of the delightful spaces for the users.
